The Cornerstone School

The Cornerstone School is an independent Montessori school serving Toddler through eighth grade, with a current enrollment of approximately 170 students. We are committed to laying the foundation upon which each child can build, to become the architect of their own future. Our beautiful school is situated on 11 acres of land in a rural neighborhood setting. We are close to Boston and the mountains of New Hampshire and 12 miles from Portsmouth, NH with the Seacoast region being a huge draw for those who love outdoor recreation. Our school is financially sound, has been established for over 35 years and employs a supportive staff of professionals dedicated to providing high quality Montessori education to children. Our classrooms are well-equipped and beautiful.
