Paradise Place

We have been around since 1988, and a lot has shifted and changed during those years.

After receiving an "IDEAL Grant" last year, we have been working hard to move toward a play-based curriculum with a Montessori and Reggio Emilia focus.

Our classrooms are smaller than a typical Montessori school, however, resemble the tradional Montessori classroom.  Our Reggio Inspired areas are open ended materials that are set up in a Montessori way.

In just 6 months time, with untrained teachers (the Director is Montessori trained and certified) we have seen incredible change in the classrooms.  We are looking for already trained teachers to create further stability and growth in the classrooms.
