Palo Alto Montessori Academy

Overview

Palo Alto Montessori Academy is a year-round school. We offer Full-Day Program, Half-Day Program, Three Days Program and Four Days Program. We serve children ages 2 to 5 years. Our academic programs are taught in English and Chinese. We have additional enrichment classes that give our children a chance to explore their unique interests and talents.

English Program

Montessori based programs focus on each child’s cognitive, emotional, social and physical development. Children learn self-respect, respect for others, and respect for their surroundings and develop the love for learning.

Chinese Program

Curriculum is taught in English and Chinese. Circle time will be taught by native Chinese teachers in Chinese as well as English teachers in English. Each month, we will introduce Chinese poems, songs, and nursery rhymes. We will celebrate Chinese holiday and festivals. The Chinese teachers will speak only Chinese to the children.
