Montessori School of Rome

Established in 1980, we serve 140 students from ages 18 months through the Adolescent program (9th Year)

We are a traditional Montessori school with an emphasis on fine arts and performing, mathematics and the sciences. We provide a whole child education, focusing on academic, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. In our Elementary program, we have extra events such as the Historical Timeline, Science Fair, and International Day studies. Our extracurricular offerings include chess, piano, violin, creative movement, and soccer.

Our students leave us prepared to be citizens of the world with creative thinking skills and intellectual curiosity. We have a very supportive and close staff community and work well together to support the children in our care.

We have an excellent reputation within the community, and our students traditionally perform very well after they leave us, going on to great academic and career achievements.
