Montessori Certified Nanny Needed

Position Overview:

Nanny with Montessori certification and experience to care for our 8-month-old. The ideal candidate will foster independence, emotional resilience, and curiosity in a nurturing, respectful environment aligned with Montessori principles.

Qualifications:

1. Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)

2. Minimum [2-5] years of professional childcare experience, preferably in a Montessori home environment

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate independent play, exploration, and self-care activities.

2. Observe the child carefully and respond thoughtfully, allowing time for problem-solving and self-regulation before intervening

3. Support language, fine motor, gross motor, and practical life skills development using Montessori techniques.
