Hilliard Montessori

Hilliard Montessori is looking for a Toddler guide with a passion for working with young children for our
Toddler Classroom. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, timings can be
discussed. We are a year-round school enrolling children 18 months- 6 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Providing effective classroom management through coordinating children’s personal care,
hygiene, learning activities and positive guidance
 Developing effective relationships with parents and providing daily updates on the progress of
their child(ren)
 Assessing the needs of the classroom and working with the Director to fulfil those needs
 Responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe classroom area.
Minimum Qualifications
 Montessori certification in Toddler program
 1-year work experience in a Montessori Classroom preferable
 Professional demeanor with team player mentality
