Creative Learning Center Montessori

Our goal is to provide your children with a positive learning experience.  We are dedicated to the development of the young child to his/her full potential.

The Montessori preschool and kindergarten classroom is made up of children of mixed ages (2 1/2-6 years) who share the same classroom. The mixed-age grouping of children corresponds to Maria Montessori’s theory of child development, which is based on three-year cycles.

In the multi-age setting, the children learn from each other, and they learn because of each other. Younger children get the chance to look ahead and see what’s coming next by watching the older children. Older children have the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge by sharing it with the younger children.

Creative Learning Center is a caring community in which the individual developmental needs of the child are satisfied by the manipulative materials. Your child will learn at their own pace, free from the time pressures of our fast-paced society.  They will gain independence, self-esteem, and respect for others.
