Choice Schools Associates (CSA) is a charter school management company. We provide school management services such as human resources, accounting, payroll, marketing, and more to charter schools throughout the State of Michigan.

Our Mission The mission of CSA is to empower every child with the knowledge, skills, character, and work ethic to achieve the American Dream. We carry out our mission by working in a cooperative and open relationship with your Academy Board to ensure that the Board’s vision is brought to life. To make the Board’s vision a reality, CSA customizes its services to meet the unique needs of each academy and then commits its resources and staff to serve the mission, goals, and objectives of your Academy Board.

Choice Schools Associates customizes it's services to meet the unique needs of each academy...And then commits its resources and staff to serve the mission, goals and objectives of your Academy Board.

Operationally, CSA leases employees to Academy Boards. We employ only fully licensed and certified professional educators for leadership, faculty, and support staff positions. Our CSA teachers are 100% credentialed for their assignments, and CSA instructional aides hold bachelor’s degrees or higher.
