Completely responsible for opening up a new classroom, actively participated in buying materials, setting a routine and schedule for a class day and the year.
Began a classroom with mostly 2.5 and 3 year olds. Normalized a set of non-Montessori children and worked with several on toilet training.
Used Montessori Compass to plan, record lessons, keep notes on children’s progress, and communicate with parents.
