Teaching Administrator: August 2025 Start Date
The teaching administrator is responsible for leading a small team of educators in maintaining a high-quality learning environment for a group of students between the ages of 2.5-6 years. Part-time teaching hours (20/wk). The TA will also support daily operations for our Charlotte campus and will provide administrative support for the CEO (up to 20 hrs/wk). 
 
An ideal candidate will have excellent organization, leadership and communication skills, a thorough understanding of early child development, Montessori for early childhood and  a passion for working outdoors in all types of weather, and enthusiasm for nature and nature-based learning.

Education and Experience: BA in a related field, Montessori Training, computer skills, 6+ years of previous related experience.

Other requirements:
Detail oriented and quality conscious
Ability to contribute to a positive community culture
Ability to commit to a long-term employment contract (3yr min)
Previous experience working with preschoolers is a must
