An energetic and heart-filled family based in Boulder, CO is seeking a Spanish-fluent, creative, and motivated hybrid nanny/educator for their 6-year-old twins!

This family is based in Boulder and in normal times love to travel for several weeks at a time. Their 6-year-old twins are currently in kindergarten, love to build things and stay active with sports, and are both fully fluent in Spanish! This bustling household and full staff includes an au pair and nanny who care for their younger siblings. The family is excited to add an educationally-minded caregiver to implement Colorado’s common core curriculum into their 6-year-olds’ daily routines!

The ideal candidate for this position will be fluent in Spanish and have a proactive approach to both caregiving and educating. The family is excited to work with a candidate who is truly passionate about educating young children and would love to meet candidates who are excited to turn everyday activities into engaging learning opportunities. Both of their children have very unique personalities, so a candidate who can creatively build custom-tailored activities to implement Boulder's universal core curriculum will be a huge asset. A level of flexibility to provide assistance for occasional late evenings and weekends will be valued, along with pitching in to light household tasks such as tidying areas after use.

This is a full-time position, flexible to live-in or live-out, offering 40-50 hours/week with hours generally falling on Mondays through Fridays from 7am to 4pm. Flexibility to shift the schedule and provide coverage for occasional late nights and weekends, as well as to travel with the family for roughly one month at a time, will be essential. Live-in accommodations may be offered and include a separate 1br apartment with full kitchen and bath. The family is offering $80-85k per year, with consideration for expertise, education, qualifications, and live-in or live-out preference. They are also offering a generous benefits package that includes assistance with healthcare, paid time off, sick days, and eventually, extensive travel. The position will begin as soon as the family finds the perfect fit!

This position is open to all Adventure Nannies candidates who are legally able to work in the US, possess a valid driver’s license and passport.
