Primary Lead Teacher

Position Summary
Brilliant Star Montessori School seeks a Primary Lead Teacher (3-6) for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The ideal candidate will lead a Primary classroom and will oversee students 3-6 years of age. The Primary Lead Teacher will challenge each child to reach his/her fullest potential academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment.

Overview
Brilliant Star Montessori School opened in 1999 on the island of Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands.  Brilliant Start School offers programs for children from toddler through 6th grade. There is a Montessori-trained lead teacher and assistant teacher in each classroom, allowing for small student to teacher ratios. Brilliant Star offers Music, Art and Physical Education as part of our curriculum for each classroom, kindergarten through 6th grade.

Qualifications
• Montessori Primary (3-6) Credentials (AMS, AMI, or MACTE)
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and other members of the Brilliant Star community.
