Description
Our school is a private international school located in southern Poland, offering high-quality English-language education in a friendly and supportive environment. We focus on modern, student-centred teaching approaches, strong relationships with families, and creating a positive atmosphere where children can grow academically, socially and emotionally.

Due to the lengthy work permit and visa process, we are currently seeking to cooperate with candidates who hold a US or Irish passport.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Native English speaker from the USA or Ireland
• Montessori qualification (AMI, AMS or equivalent preferred)
• Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with children in a school or preschool setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Positive, creative and caring approach to teaching
• Ability to work well within an international team
• EU citizenship or legal right to work in Europe is an advantage
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging Montessori-based lessons and activities
• Creating a positive, safe and supportive learning environment
• Supporting children’s academic, emotional and social development
• Encouraging independence, creativity and confidence in students
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining classroom documentation
• Working collaboratively with other teachers and school staff
• Communicating professionally with parents and caregivers
• Participating in school events, meetings and professional development activities
