Passionate Montessori Preschool Teacher

Our school is a private international school located in southern Poland, offering high-quality English-language education in a friendly and supportive environment. We teach students in small groups and value creativity, independence and meaningful communication. Our international team works collaboratively and supports both professional development and new ideas in education.

Due to the lengthy work permit and visa process, we are currently seeking to cooperate with candidates who hold a US or Irish passport.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Native English speaker from the USA or Ireland
• Montessori qualification (AMI, AMS or equivalent preferred)
• Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with children in a school or preschool setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Positive, creative and caring approach to teaching
• Ability to work well within an international team
• EU citizenship or legal right to work in Europe is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging Montessori-based lessons and activities
• Creating a positive, safe and supportive learning environment
• Supporting children’s academic, emotional and social development
• Encouraging independence, creativity and confidence in students
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining classroom documentation
• Working collaboratively with other teachers and school staff
• Communicating professionally with parents and caregivers
• Participating in school events, meetings and professional development activities
