John XXIII Montessori Center is offering the opportunity to walk alongside children on their journey of self-discovery and learning so they can live joyfully in God's love and fulfill their unique call in life. Located on 23 acres with woods, barns, open fields, and a pond in a small mountain town, the Center immerses our children in beauty inside and outside the classrooms. Passionate and devoted adults lead our Center, and we are blessed with open-hearted families who spend time together both at John XXIII and in the wider community.
How to Apply
Qualifications
AMI Degree or equivalent preferred. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Responsible for one group of 3-6 year-olds of between 20-27 children. You will also work alongside a CGS-trained Level I atrium catechist and will lead one assistant.
Time commitment:
Tuesdays through Thursdays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Plus school activities outside regular days and hours.
Mid-August through May.
Three-year commitment desirable.
