The preferred candidate for the position would have a Bachelor's degree, though the degree does not have to be in education. Montessori certification is a plus. Experience is preferred, but this is also a great opportunity for a newly trained candidate.

Planning and executing on-going lessons and communications is essential. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience working with children ages 3 to 6 years and are creative, reliable, patient and nurturing.
