Montessori lead Primary Teacher

Looking for a certified/trained Montessori primary teacher. Must be professional, nurturing, and have class management skills, be willing to complete professional development hours and training. Lead teachers will be responsible for observing children, giving lessons, planning and prepping, making lessons, progress reports, conferences, etc. 

Certified Montessori Teacher/Guide
Must have experience working in a Montessori classroom

Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.
Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
Establishing rapport and building relationships with students based on trust.
Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition.
Lead Teacher and assistant should work together in the responsibilities of cleaning the classroom times and lunch.
Updating records on the school database and handling various other administrative tasks related to the classroom.
Participating in school activities and accompanying students on field trips.
Toilet Training and diapering. Assistants can ensure the teacher is not interrupted during the work period by handling diapering and toileting at these times. Leads should support the assistants as well with diapering and toileting.
