Montessori Elementary Guide (6–12)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori guide to lead our elementary classroom (6–12) in a warm, respectful, and child-centered environment. The ideal candidate is AMI, AMS, or MACTE certified, with a minimum of 2 years’ classroom experience and a genuine passion for Montessori philosophy.

At our center in Dubai, we value curiosity, independence, and a deep love of learning. We’re looking for someone who is confident in guiding mixed-age groups, creating engaging learning opportunities, and fostering a strong sense of community among students.

Requirements:

– AMI/AMS/MACTE Montessori certification for ages 6–12

– Minimum 2 years experience in a Montessori elementary environment

– Strong communication and classroom management skills

– A collaborative, open-minded approach
