Are you a passionate Montessori educator looking for an inspiring adventure in the heart of Europe? IMSP, an AMS-accredited Montessori school in Prague, is seeking a Toddler (15 months - 3 years) and Early Childhood (3-6) Lead Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.

At IMSP, we serve children from 15 months to 12 years, combining a strong English-language Montessori program with Czech language and culture. Our 120-student community thrives on curiosity, growth, and a joyful love of learning for both children and educators.

About You

We’re looking for educators who are:

  • AMS, AMI, or MACTE trained with at least 3 years of lead teaching experience.
  • Native English speakers who bring warmth, creativity, and a child-centered approach to the classroom.
  • Team players who take initiative, yet collaborate respectfully with colleagues.
  • Committed to growth - you love learning, mentoring, and continuously refining your practice.
  • Physically active - able to engage with children on the floor, lift 30 lbs, and keep pace with an energetic classroom.
