Lead Montessori Teacher

We are in search of a seasoned and committed educator to join our esteemed team as a Lead Montessori Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional educational setting, demonstrating the ability to adeptly interact with both students and parents. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Previous exposure to STEM/Montessori education
• Leading and overseeing a classroom with a capacity of up to 20 students.
• Designing and executing enriching activities to foster student growth.
• Ensuring the safety, security, and holistic wellbeing of each student.
• Collaborating closely with the Assistant Teacher
• Successfully passing a comprehensive background check

Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Valid Montessori Certification
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field.
A minimum of 2+ years' experience within a professional educational environment.
Proficiency in maintaining composed and effective interactions with students and parents.
Strong acumen for classroom leadership and management.
Exceptional organizational finesse and adept time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with polished interpersonal aptitude.
