We are a private, non-profit, and certified Montessori school founded in 1965 by a group of parents concerned with having an educational option in Monterrey that believed in the human potential of the child, respected their processes, and prepared them for life.
We serve more than 300 children and young adolescents in a welcoming and cozy campus in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico.
Montessori Sierra Madre is accredited by AMS, for the Promotion of Ecological Culture (FOMCEC) as a Green School, and is a member of UNESCO as a school that works for peace.

We’re looking for a Head of School who possesses excellent collaborative, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to:
. Embed and promote authentic Montessori principles and philosophy in all sections, and constituencies of the MSM community.
. Foster nutritious relationships with students, parents, alumni, and staff in the child's best interest.
. Lead personnel and mentor faculty.
. Carry out school daily operations.
. Promote enrollment.
. Work along with the Board of Directors.
. Ensure adherence to accreditations, memberships, and licenses.
. Participate in fundraising efforts.
. Ensure sound fiduciary management.
Education / experience requirements:
. Fluent Spanish (mandatory), fluent English (highly recommended)
. Montessori Certification (AMS, MACTE, or AMI)
. Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory), Master's Degree (highly recommended)
. Degree in administration (recommended)
. Ten or more years of experience in the classroom or school business operation
