Breakthrough Montessori Public Charter School in Washington, DC is hiring for the 2026-27 school year across our instructional, student support, and leadership teams. As a mission driven public charter serving a diverse community, we provide authentic Montessori education from Primary through Upper Elementary.

Current openings: Primary Guide, Lower Elementary Guide, Upper Elementary Guide, Resource Room Guide (Self-Contained Classroom), Special Education Teacher, Dedicated Aide, Student Support Coordinator, Special Education Teacher, Director of Student Support, Classroom Assistant and Montessori Assistants (Primary and Elementary).

We value collaboration, reflective practice, and a commitment to educational equity and child centered learning. Compensation approximately 40,000 to 150,000 dollars by role and experience.
