Description

We are seeking a motivated individual, looking for growth opportunities, to join our organization! This individual will assist in implementing a caring and educational Montessori prepared environment for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. This position is the perfect opportunity to develop the necessary skill set to become an effective Montessori teacher. Advancement opportunities and training are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a fun and safe learning environment
  • Assist in maintaining schedules and routines
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students
  • Maintain a clean environment for children and teachers
  • Assist children in developing self-care habits

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Montessori knowledge, or ability/willingness to obtain a Montessori assistant Certification.
